I'm looking for WP plug-in that has various modern advertising tools built-in, like scrolling ads that are always above the fold, popup, popunders, as well as html5 popups (not separate window) and others. The key requirment is that it can manage 10s of sites from single centralized interface. Is there something like that?
I have with word press friendly but since my started and still now I am not saw this thing in word press.
WP Traffic Tools has you covered on most of what you listed, besides the central management. Though there is exporting and importing features that would help you move data around. There is limitations though as far as ad placement. We can hit any area that takes a widget, and above the content, in the middle, or below the content. You could use code within the ad template to run animations on your ads. There's also advanced targeting such as place ad when keyword is detected in the content, or the referring url; placement by post, by category. In it is a popup-popunder-jquery popover module that has they same placement technology (by keywords detected in content, referrer; targeting specific posts or by category. Has delayed popups. No HTML 5 popup though but jquery popover should be a semi decent replacement.
You can make a good search and even if that plugin is not in the list of the recommended plugins, you can download it from other source
I really don't think there is such an all-in-one plugin to date, at least I haven't seen one. If there is, you most likely have to pay for it. You might need to use a combination of plugins, and it always helps to learn some coding in case you can't find a plugin. Hope that helps.
Not sure if this is what you're looking for but I use the free hosted version of OPEN-X adserver software. It can organize all your ads on multiple sites. They also have a wordpress plugin for widgets and php tags to insert into your themes. You will need to google it as I'm too new to insert links yet

that's what i was going to use, but i found just the version you need to host yourself. Where is the free hosted one?
After reading this full thread I got lots of knowledge about wordpress advertising plugin I sure I will try this practically when I'll get a chance.
