i wanna start a new site and i found a perfect expired domain name for my business but i worry about what if that domain name is banned by google so it won't index it because the ex-owner did something illegal so his domain got banned
and also the same thing about adsense how i know it's not banned from showing adsense ads????

I would assume when domain expired, google removes it from banned list as well. Can anyone confirm it?

How did you find these expired domains in the first place? I would be interested in trying to get ahold of them myself.

Recently i got to know if you resubmit an expired domain of many ages to google ,its actually looses its rank and registration date starts counting from day one.
This goes along way to tell that ,expired domans are actually removed from googles list after *some time*.
There is a lot to expired domains.Make sure you dig up every info you can about the domain before registering it.
    cache,wayback machine,info,backlinks...etc

Ofcource some are very very clean.

one quick tip to check the status of the domain with google is to do the site: search - it should come up withe the parked/registrar info

if there are no records it's hard to tell and I usually try to stay away from domains like that
