    Can someone tell me if it is possible for a user to have 'frozen' stats?
    I have seen a lot of users during the past year complaining of 'frozen' stats.
    Seems like the users complaining creates a ticket and everything gets resolved.

    From my point of view, either stats works for everyone or it doesnt work.

    But is it even possible for a single user to have 'frozen' stats??

    Any users in here who has had 'frozen' stats which has been resolved after a ticket has been created, and stats magically started counting again?
