Is Clickbank Dying? Google and Clickbank Product promotion

Discussion in 'ClickBank' started by angel83, Dec 14, 2011.

I started promoting CB products in the beginning of 2010 and within 15 days I was successfully earning $150 per week, even one day I earned $350 and things were all way round.I am now promoting different products-make money online, affiliate marketing, and internet marketing even though all these niches are hot yet I have seen a vivid difference in my sales. Logically I should be earning more e than January but it's reverse in the cycle and today my per day earning is Zero. Even if i get sales within three days i notice RB in the account. I have two blogs now, both are good in SERPs, my posts get good rank (usually 1-3 pages of Google) yet I am making not even a cent at all. Based on my experience with IM market and new product launches I have concluded that Clickbank is dying.Refund rate is just too high to keep working that hard with SEO, backlinking, and promotion. My competitors on the other hands are relying on Black Hat techniques and looking very content with the results. I'm not much into black hat just after Google has updated Panda (even SE is strict to get ranking black hat is still working). So my question is if anyone is making money with Clickbank with no refund? And if anyone is successful with white hat SEO techniques? It takes me 10 days to do off-page SEO of my every new post, I am very focused on posting quality content to the blog, but when I search on Google i feel disappointed seeing poorly written posts on the top (even through Google is claiming to user an improved search interface for online surfer).

I had never got much success with IM products on clickbank. What I found only a few IM products are doing better on clickbank when consider refund rate. Because most of IM products are over delivered as I think, believe me. That's why I moved to promoting non IM products & got more success considering zero refund rate.

If you doing whitehat promotion of your money site, google will never against of your site.

I got success when i started but now it seems tablets have been turned badly:( My friend is making $16k per month a crap blog and poor content the only attraction is bonus he is offering or maybe his faith on IM marketing. Heaven Knows!! I am replicating his strategies but I'm not getting that exposure. I am confused to pick on niches that are different than IM... White hat SEO will help me get credibility but I can't underestimate black hat either, those are making big bang online and are appearing on first page of Google resort on Bhat.. What do we do? If Google is intelligent now how come such blogs be on there? Irrelevant content with main keywords thrush in (to get ranking).

Try promoting CPA products instead of clickbank. If you make a sale then you will get paid no matter if there is a refund or chargeback.

Try my product, it is called Password Resetter, link in my signature. It has been on the market for more than 2 years now. Refund Rate is 3-4% which is excellent rate. Search in this part of the forum for Password Resetter, I have posted some stats of my product.

I've been gone a few months from the Forum, but found this post interesting, so I'll share what I recently did with CB products ... all I did was sign up to get my own Click Bank Main Stream Storefront that lists all of their categories and products on just one page.

You can see my CB Storefront by looking at the entire site ... if you want your own store, just click the button at the top that say's "Own A Store" ... no, I don't get a penny for any of you who sign up to get your own store, so I wish you the best of luck.

store looks interesting perhaps I need to go in deep details to check out if it is going to work or not. You know that people just don't buy without reading the reviews of the product this is why they search on Google, otherwise they may just go to the CB marketplace to buy something.

I have checked the store, it's just like making yourself of a new program and promoting their products. I don't see any good in it.

You're right, but not every product has reviews.

Actually, the "good" side of the entire store is, when you get your own store, your CB affiliate ID is automatically placed into every product ... like many programs out there, not everyone see's the potential, so it boils down to "different strokes for different folks".

That store is just another feature you get as a CBproads member.

    http://www.cbproads.com/

I'm a upgraded member on this site and do make money off the people in my downline. I let my downline do the hard work. (Note, this isn't a real huge money maker product to use)

I know what you mean and believe me I have been through it. The issues we deal with here have been the same since Clickbank and online marketing first opened doors. Affiliate marketing as such almost always requires the marketing of a product through an online website. That is great, but here is the downfall... EVERY website or store front out there needs traffic. No matter how pretty it looks, it still needs traffic in order to get your products sold, affiliated or otherwise. Current estimates suggest that you need a minimum of 2000 visitors to your site per day to convert one sale. How they get this figure I will never know, but the fact remains, we need eyeballs viewing our offers and when we get this right, sales will follow. Others get it right, and we should too. Best wishes to you all.

Absolutely right! Even though you have this amount of traffic per day you can be successful in making one sale since CB products don't convert that high except for weight loss eBooks. Problem here is when after putting too much time in promotion you get sale it's still on the risk of getting returned because this has been happening for an year now. You are talking about the strategies here I agree but i have observed that only black hat strategies makers are rolling on. I don't agree the estimate since it still depends on the EPC of the product sometimes people make it with just 100 visitors and I have seen it with my eyeballs:) Online website isnt the only way of selling products there are many others, uncommon ones are FB ads and viral link wheeling.
