    You're not going to find a "native" writer at those rates...you're just going to be lied to, disappointed with your end-result, or both.

    Shows how little you know....FYI I've found plenty of native English writers for this rate before....and that's why I ask for a SAMPLE so that I will know what I'm getting before I hire someone!...thank you for your "opinion"

    Native writers from India, right? Be serious. What you're paying is dirt and whoever is writing for you for such rates (and supposedly also doing a good job) is really not that smart or he simply likes to be someone's slave. Can't put it more nicely, 12 dollars for 2000 words is a rate for slaves. You must be really proud of yourself.
