I mean some website told me that my blog have 2600 backlinks, one website tell me that my blog have 180 backlinks, while one website told me that my website have 0 website, well it made me laught due to difference.

I think you can try on backlinkchecker [dot] com since it is a free service. You can also search on Google for other backlink checker services that are free.

I also vote for Backlinkwatch. I use other service before but its gone now so this is what I use. Most SEO experts use the same site as well to double check their backlinks. Don't worry as its free and you dont need to download anything.

As you say, all these sites give different values... I go with Google's Webmaster Tools - since you want to know your backlink count to improve ranking on Google, you may as well know how many backlinks Google thinks you have, no?

Well, it says I have no backlinks on a PR3... which would be really surprising. backlinkwatch (dot) com DID however find 355... Using other tools I've found over 700.

I'd recommend Majestic SEO or Open Site Explorer - they're by far the two most accurate tools for the job.

Before Yahoo site Explorer closed, it was most reliable tool to count backlinks. But after Nov 21 it has been integrated to Bing webmaster tool. So I would recommend to use that for counting backlinks to any website.
