You can check out this Theme : vibethemes.com/vcandy-fastest-wordpress-theme/
vCandy is one of the fastest WordPress theme. Its average page size is less than 80 Kb and minimizes the number of Http requests by using CSS sprites. It is one of the best WordPress themes which is built for Speed. Just can also get the Nulled or crack version of this theme online

Need any further help , let me know

Thanks vcgannu1....vCandy is awesome..the page speed score, page size, 100% W3C validated is mind blowing....

@lamvt : I was talking about the parameters such as page speed and size etc etc because these parameters are considered by google in its search rankings,
so better your page speed n other parameters better will be your search engine ranking that means more readers of your posts which in turn give you better returns.

@Sand I know page speed will good for SEO, less than 5 seconds page loading time is good,
But I think all themes providers (today) Optimized for SEO.
when you installed on your site and publish it with your contents you must to Optimise it depending on your Ideas.
Example: http://joomquery.com is joomla, someone said Joomla heavy, not good for blog, loading will very bad. but depending on your extentions like modules, and plugins you used.
if you check it you will see this is fast website.
I have checked it with: GTmetrix Tools: A Good Way to Improve Your Website SEO Score 9,3 google speed and 8.0 for Yahoo Slow
validate W3.... is good, loading page depending on number of your contents to show on front page. depending on your plugins on your site too.
    goodluck

Genesis has very fast themes, they are well optimized. Plus you can use W3 Total Cache to speed things up, and use a content delivery network. I hope that helps?
