If you use Mozila there are may add-ons. I am a fan of Mozilla Firefox so most of the tools are free Firefox addons that will highlight nofollow / dofollow links. I personaly preffer

Its very easy dear, just follow below instruction if you use Mozilla/Firefox.

    1) Select your link.
    2) Right click on that.
    3) check "view selection source"

The easiest way is if you're using firefox is to download the SeoQuake addon and select "strike through no follow and no index" and it'll put a strike through the no follow links.

Or, you can (right click your mouse on the page, go to page source code, go to edit on your menu bar, choose find, and type in rel=) scroll down through the source code and look for nofollow.

I agree with you. I am using the same add-on (SEO for Firefox). If you use Firefox, you can use this add-on and that will help you to know what attribute (Nofollow / Dofollow) your site has.

In my opinion download Search Status Toolbar and show your post signature, that will highlight your do follow or no follow links. Also you can use Firefox addons.

I use NoDoFollow add-on in my Firefox browser. Red links are NoFollow and violet links are DoFollow. It is a good tool.

Well in this particular situation I wanted to tell you following thing which will be useful to get the requirement of mine.
You have to check /robots.txt file for Disallow.

You have to look for "rel="nofollow" " into the anchor code and into the meta tag.
Now use any of the nofollow tool for Firefox.
You should use the above mentioned things for all the kind of the browsers.
