No follow links important ?

Many people says that no follow link is not important for getting back link. Is it really true ?

 

Yes, I heard too but no idea google really not consider no follow link..as well as is google wont consider in ranking too..

 

No fallow will not bring you any backlink only traffic.

No it's not correct. However do follow links are more valuable in Google's eyes but it doesn't mean no follow links are not important. Both no follow and do follow links are important in link building. If you have only do follow links and you're not collecting no follow link then you might be proceeding further for a problem because Google will realize you're exchanging links just for earning Page rank and it will reduce the value of your site.

 

Its true. Google provides a very little value to nofollow links. So, always try to build dofollow links only

 

Ofcourse no-follow link got less priority. Do go for do-follow links to get good back-links.

 

No Follow links are important as well they will not give back link but it will index on search engines

 

Link is always a link, and I think that no follow links still have importance in search engine, and it will only generate traffic into your site. We must balance the SEO nature by using no follow and do follow links.

 

i agree with ur point.. makes sense.. unless it is done in a very un natural way n looks spammy i feel google wil consider no follow links too..

 

The major SE's will abide by the NOFOLLOW tag, but if they wanted to ignore it they could. I've seen open source SE software that had the ability to ignore NOFOLLOW and robots.txt directives...

 

no its not true completely, Google gives very little importance to no follow links as well....

But it is generally not advisable....

 

Nofollow link still help on SERP, just the nofollow link never pass you the PR juice

 

If no follow links come from high page rank sites than it will really helpful. There are lots of popular social bookmarking sites who will give you no follow back links but it is really very helpful. Infact I always approach for backlinks which have high page rank in compare to my page.
