Hello, A client of mine did a xoom transfer worth $1500 today morning, as per IST 9.42am it says 'Deposit in progress'. Its 3pm now & I still don't see the progress, I know it'll come but am not sure why's this delay!? Also another client transferred $x,xxx to my account using his HSBC Bank account from South East Asia on 2nd December, even that won't show (Its 7 working days now) Anyone have same experiences? Does it have something to do with the current weakning dollar!?
That isn't a valid reason mate (We can't serve you due to heavy workload). Called the bank's customer care and they promised the amount in 2 working days, which means Monday.
