Selling PR3 - $144/ Month Adsense Site Sale - Must Go Soon!

I'm gonna jump straight to the point.

This is a PR 3 site that makes $144 per month with Adsense. I'm selling it because my family is visiting from China in a week and I want to take them to Disneyland for a day.

Here's the thing...

This site gets a mix of organic searches and direct traffic (because people bookmark it). I was playing around and found a cheap source of paid traffic that converts great with Adsense and I've been sending it to this site. I later found out that Google doesn't like this so I bought from Blackhat World to decrease my suspiciously high CTRs...

This site made $144 last month and the Adsense earnings have been FINALIZED. Meaning Google has not banned me...

So yes, this Adsense tactic is technically considered "black hat"....If you're not comfortable with this, hit backspace and don't bid..

Here's the best part: Because it's not 100% organic traffic and I'm using PPC (about $17 per month) my asking price is only $399.. This would go for $1,440 on Flippa and the sad part is, people are selling websites like this on Flippa without even revealing their traffic methods.

I will reveal the entire strategy to the winner (don't worry, it's simple)...

By the way, the information itself is worth at least few hundred. I know guys doing this with multiple websites and making over $2k per month.

In my post, I meant to say that I bought *traffic* from BHW... i accidently left out the world, "traffic"

No, I never started a thread in BHW... but I know which one you guys are talking about. That guy was using fiverr traffic I believe.

I'm not using fiverr, I'm using a specific ad network so I have full control over how much traffic I can send.

And I prefer not to reveal the domain name publicly... first to screen out non-serious buyers and secondly because this is a frowned upon technique and I'm sure the new owner doesn't this thread to be associated with the website.
