    I'll be honest with you. Your website is like a notepad whereas the world has moved on the Microsoft Word 2010 and above..
    Its just plain text man.too much of data. Information overload as they say. You need to make it attractive and pleasant so that people are compelled to stay on your website for longer period of time..

    I don't think your site is too bad. The only thing I don't like is it's not colorful, (but that's okay if you prefer it) and the tabs on the left side-what are they Digg and something else? It's kind of distracting. If you can add that in another way so that it blends in with everything else, it'll be alright. The content is good.
