Is It Okay To Use A Meta Description That You Cut-and-Pasted From Your Main Content?

    Should your meta description be unique. Or is it okay to simply cut-and-paste a few lines from the content on that page to create your meta description?

    Ideally you probably want it to be unique, but I see no harm in using a few lines from your content.

    Even if you just mix a few words around or change it slightly it will be better.

    Don't bother with meta keywords - Google pays zero attention to them...

    I disagree with that. If Google doesn't pay attention to them, then why do they often use them?
