ok, you know how when people remote upload they put in their premium as usernameass@filehostlink to upload? is it possible to have the email address of that premium account placed in the link (emailass@filehostlink) instead of the username to upload the file?

I have received this error message, as well, and am unable to log into my account. When I try to log in to communicate with Filesonic's helpdesk, I receive another error message stating that my email address is not in their database. Multiple emails to have gone unanswered.Should i simply abandon my lifetime premium account and move to WUpload like everyone else?

If I use the trade in points to extend my account...
Is it extended from the day I trade in or is it added onto the date my premium is due to expire?

 

it should be added from the date your premium expires.

 

It should be extended from day when your premium expire, otherwise it makes no sense.

 

I used trade in sometimes earlier. It extends membership at once. In dashboard: (in my case) Premium Membership Valid Until: June 03, 2013 / 537 day(s) left If you buy for example 30 days, it will change to 567 days left after refreshing the page.

 

I think that will be one too many @ symbols, but I'll test.
