Recommended Ad Management System

What is the best ad management system?
    • Google DoubleClick
    • PubMatic
    • OpenX
    • YieldBuild
I'm having difficulty choosing one. What I want is:
    • Something reliable.
    • Easy to use.
    • The ad optimization really works.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. If I missed an ad management system, please add.

    Thanks!

Google is cool! But if possible use Openx! No experience about Pubmatic and yieldBuild

You want to run your own ad system? if so I just got "Ad Manger Pro" from phpwebscripts, its quite good, but can seem quite complex to start with. You can run your own banner network with it.

Own banner Network seems to be an awesome technique. Thanks for the information!

Personally I would stick with Google DoubleClick, something about having Google prepended to a product instantly gives it the edge

Just signed up with Sitescout. As I am still learning how to use RTB systems, I would appreciate any tips to use this system?

Haven't tried Sitescout, but have got some unpleasant experience with OpenX, unofortunately. For now am planning to try Epom, it's new, but I have found really positive reviews, concerning its simplicity and convenience in usage of the interface and functionality
