is any of you still having trouble remote uploading files? everytime i try to do it, nothing is pending or in progress in the que area. please fix this.

 

I got a problem here, I've tried to download a game which has 5 parts, I could download 4parts successfully (part1, 2, 4 ,5) but part is hard to download as it always gives me the below error everytime I tried to download



It's disappointing as the game is 4.5+GB and I couldn't download only one part, If I want to download that game again I will have to download the full game from starting, my bandwidth will be f**cked up

Hi , I got blocked with a code 9999,all I do on filesonic is download.The mess. is We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address and have been temporarily blocked. When I go there it has a Please Enter Captcha: screen ,so I put it in and it take me to a affiliate ticket screen ,but when I enter my email add. it takes me back to the Please Enter Captcha: screen.Please help.Thank you.

 

You can open an anonymous ticket, just put your email in the text as a reference

this is like the 6th fucking time this has happened what the fuck is this shit i leave downloads on over night on idm and for some fucked up reason i get banned

 

This message is usually generated when you get multiple failed login attempts, check your login information in your IDM

Why my downloads are not counted on my statistics? I needed to pass some files to a friend, we both have a premium account, so I uploaded em to Filesonic and gave him the links. From around 1k files just 6 are listed here, and my earning is 3 cents while it should be 7$. I am sure he downloaded everything. Are stats frozen? I don’t think so, because so the number should have been 0 and not 6. Can someone help me?

From premium user's only 1 download is counted every 24hrs. So even if he download more than 1 file within 24hrs still only 1 download is counted for PPD.

 

1 download each file or 1 download each account? Why I got 6 downloads instead of 1, so (if it is 1 download from 1 account/day)?

 

If your friends are premium members there downloads are counted once per day, eve if they download 100 files in a day it counts as one

it's been a while since i haven't used paypal. i received the payment on alertpay but my affiliate didn't receive anything on paypal. do you thing it's normal ?

 

Yes, PayPal is known to have a bit of a delay. With some patience you'll get your earnings
