    Hi,

First let's introduce me & my budget so that you can give your suggestion according to it. I'm a graphic designer & a small part time blogger, and this month i want to spend my whole month income into this so that i too have a Laptop (damn excited to buy my dream laptop). My budget is 25k INR [Well, i live in India].

So the laptop should be stylish & comfortable (this is my first laptop i'm buying). I'm a graphic designer so it should have everything + a long battery life and a good brand.

Let's see what you guys suggest!

In 25K you won't get the best. I would say wait for 1 more month and buy a Laptop of atleast 40K, then you would get a good one.

Then forget about a good laptop. All you get in 25K is a basic laptop for beginners.

Why you dont get a MacBookAir they have a version 7hours battery life. Not sure how much means 25K INR but with $1000 you can buy a good mac and maybe in your country its much cheaper.

Forget anything from Apple.. You don't have sufficient budget for that.. Macbook air is a piece of crap anyway...

Since you are a Graphics designer, you need something that has enough graphics juice to deliver a good performance.. While 25K INR can not get you a laptop with dedicated graphics..Your best bet is core i3

These two laptops are slightly over your budget (about 1k-1.5k) but I think it is a good buy for you -
    HP ProBook 4420S - Price: Rs. 26699
    or
HP ProBook 6450B Laptop - Price: Rs. 26175

If you are really tight on your budget these two option should be good -

    HP G Series G42-475TU - Price: Rs. 24709
    Or
HP Notebook HP 430 - Price: Rs. 24290

I think you should try dell inspiron.

I like because of it's battery timings and other properties. Further there's utility available if your laptop is lost.

    Oh! You're a graphics designer....i wish u had a better budget...can u extend it? If not...u can make 6 EMI's and get a nice laptop!
I just got a brand new Dell XPS...its stylish..and i got it customised..graphics card, fully loaded with the relevant softwares...back-lit keyboard, 5-7 hrs battarty back up! and lots more...check it out once...it costs a hell lot..but EMI option makes it easy...may be u could change ur mind..visit Dell's website!

your budget is too low. You're a graphic designer...... i suggest you to extend your budget because the configuration required didn't get you in this budget for that you have to spend at least 40k-45 k. In 25 k, you go for acer, lenovo & hp.
