I have a forex website that has made $10k+ in 4 months prior to January 2011 selling an ebook and having a subscription mailer.
We have collected over 150k subscribers which we sent forex offers via email to.

After January 2011 the website has made us on average $10k monthly. Unfortunately our mailing service provider decided to disappear and we couldn't important the list to any known online mailer as they don't allow imports. You need your own mailing server.

In June of 2011, I changed the landing page it was currently running to a blog and added 53 unique articles to it. I did SEO services on the blog and I was ranking for over 50 new forex search terms and was growing each day! My plan was to turn it into a more long-term money making website with content rather than just a landing page.

Since then the blog went down for about a month since I was on vacation but I brought it back up and within days the PR went right back up again. I then added mobile compatibility to the website. The website is now steadily increasing getting over 150+ u/v daily.

The website currently earns only about $5-$10 monthly via adsense, the main profit months ago was in the mailing list. I'm not willing to let it go for cheap as I have much invested in this website and still think it can earn what it was previously earning. The price doesn't reflect the current revenue but the domain, designs alone cost me $1,000+ along with a lot of money in on-page seo. Again, I'm interested in selling but not in a rush to sell to a offer I don't think is acceptable.

I really doubt it is that good as you keep posting the sale over and over again.
No disrespect but you have to be more realistic and let people bid on it.
BTW... I can easily get over 20,000k visits a month in Awstats for a few bucks. Do you have Google Analytics?

 

Yes I have proof of any previous profits from my cpa networks.
Not sure why you doubt my website and not sure what "realistic" means to you. The reason why it's been on sale for a while is because I'm not in a rush to sell and I'm looking for the best possible offer.
My statistics and everything are clearly not purchased and I don't know why you would have any reason to believe so.

 

By 'Realistic' he means how did you value a site making $10 a month at $1000+

 

You obviously don't understand the value of mailing lists. Only reason I'm not making what I was before is because I don't have a mailing server to mail.

 

Can I bid for a website without the mailing list as I'm not really interested in the mailing list?

Why dont you just get a mailing server if you can make $10k a month with it?

 

I have a SMS server and converted all my mailing into sms. I'm just not interested in SMS. Also, the list made $10k/month when it was fresh, it's months old now...notice the price tag, it would normally sell for $50k+
