The guy (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=274465) who owned this Blog is a scammer, and he scammed several guys on DP including me. He took the money as investment for Forex Trading and later onnever responded, i can provide proofs of this. I got my money back through paypal charge back but still he has to pay me $ 650 as profit of my investment.

He requested me several times to buy this blog last month (in first week of Nov. 2011).

After scamming several people on DP, he is not getting online. Moreover you have also copied his threads exactly with the same text.

And he never sold them, as he tried several times with posting new threads for sale, but failed as no one was interested to buy them. Now i see that you are selling exactly the same blogs with threads having the same text....so this is making me suspicious that you are the same guy. I want you to post on the proofs where you bought these blogs from him.

I know you will get failed to post on the proofs, because he never sold them.

If he posted it doesn't mean he's the owner, he's just a member of the group who tried to promote the site as it was on sale, and yes you are right he disappearead, I have no clue what happened, but we already kicked him off our group because he couldn't finish his job!

Besides, in the threads you mentioned he never verified the ownership of the site, while I did here! So I'd like you to excuse and remove the post you just posted because it's hijacking my thread and it's offensive.

First of all, where did i mentioned that he never verified the ownership. I never referred to the owner ship, i only focused on similarities between you and the scammer.
and i have proved it with specific examples.

Now its good that you agree that at-least he was in your group. If he worked in your group then you must have his personal information's, so kindly would you like to share them here, so ever member who is been scammed can know about him.

You mentioned that you kicked him off, that's simple and crazy answer to the whole scenario.

I would be glad to know about your group, as i am confused that how you can sell a single blog with two different accounts.

I don't meant any offense, i am just making it clear to everyone on Digital Point that we have several users who uses more then one account just to cheat people, and when you get them, they try to pretend exactly the same way as you are doing.

By the way i am not hijacking your thread....its not only me with these concerns, but there are several DP members who are scammed by this Guy (HomeBlogger).

 

Well verifying the ownership kinda prooves what I was saying only.. I never said that he didn't work for us, he did but I don't think that sharing his personal informations here would be a good idea, because first of all I know nothing about what you're talking about scamming people on DP, what happened exactly?

Also, saying that using several user accounts which are made by 1 guy, you kind of offense me and tell me that I'm a scammer, I have no problem if the mods or admins check our IPs, cookies etc...

Edit: May I have any contact info of yours where we can talk about this?

Let me clarify that if he was your group member then verifying the domain was even not a problem for him as well.so don't try to mix the story with domain ownership.

Secondly how you can say that sharing his personal information wouldn't be a good idea, tp prove yourself as innocent you can post them. And let me mention few examples that he is a scammer:

Just look at the visitors mesages, they are not new, so don't think that any one posted after your thread. And he has also forex trading threads where he use to give profit for each investments.

Moreover i can also post the paypal deals along with the chargebacks, and my skype chat history with HomeBlogger, where he accepted the payment, and confirmed about the profits and return dates. So please don't try to take a U-turn.

I never mentioned that you are a SCAMMER, but i just mentioned in all my threads with specific examples, that you have similarities with the scammer (HomeBlogger).


Note: Since you asked me to discuss it in personal on skype or any other messenger, so i agree, we can discuss it on skype.

You must be the other guy who Muhammad arif told me about on Skype, actually the only reason why I was working with him is that I found him doing design stuff for cheap and thought to give him some work, I'm a designer myself and I get many requests from people that I can't handle alone. I didn't give him the website to sell it, he had an account on DP while we hadn't, that's why we used his account because he had some good iTraders rating that's all.

As for the Premium Wordpress Themes website, it's actually a website that we set up together a couple of months ago, so I can't really argue on that.

As for the way he scammed you guys, this forex thing, it's actually MY IDEA, I have many old posts on different forums about this kind of offer and he stole it, he's a forex newbie and he promised you with a lot of ROI, I don't know how you believed lol but oh well!

Arif asked me the same, but I don't really know a lot about him, except his name, phone number and emails? I mean why would I as long as business with him that was interesting to me. I didn't hear nothing from him since he said he was going to travel, he left some projects I gave him aswell so you're not the only one lost here!

Thanks for pointing to this thread, i missed in my previous posts to mention it. And yes he has the same style of executions i 100% agree. I don't know that why he is just copying the scammers posts. All of his threads are very common to scammer (HomeBlogger).

I told you clearly on skype, that my deal with the scammer (HomeBlogger) was based on his thread for forex trading, where he was paying me good ROI ($650 for $1100 investment in 10-12 days), or may be earlier then that, but i never said that he will double my money within 2 days. This shows your strange position for defending yourself.

Moreover in the same post you mentioned that He (HomeBlogger) contacted you for learning Forex Trading, but in the same thread you are mentioning that he was your partner or group member, then how he can contact you for forex trading???

One of my most important concern is that all of your posts in this thread and your chat with me on skype, highlights that scammer HomeBlogger (oussamaafellad) was your group member and you used his account on Digital Point just to sell your websites, it means that his job was related to designing and selling websites on Digital Point.

Why you changed the ownership? if you did this intentionally then don't you think you are cheating with him, as he is the real owner?..let say if he is not the owner/author then why he used his name as author of those posts....
