Looking for targeted traffic

    Hello,

    i am looking for targeted traffic (USA or Europe visitors), NO pop ups/unders and must comply with adsense TOS.

    I am not interested in just increasing the unique visitor's number or alexa ranking, i am interested for visitors that could spend some time on the sites, so i am looking for quality targeted traffic about various subjects and especially about mortgages, bad credit, refinancing etc.

    If somebody could offer that please pm with details. A sample traffic of 100 visitors must be arranged first and if the results comply to all those mentioned above, then payment is going to be made for a larger number of visitors on monthly base if happy.
