    Hi!
    I need more few bucks to for my new project, therefore I decided to sell this web site.

    Buyer will get the web site with its content. Currently this site is running on a free web hosting service and buyer will get the particular free web hosting account too. But I highly recommend to transfer the files and the MySQL database to your paid hosting account once you get my web hosting account.

    Domain name is registered at 1&1, there is no option to push the domain. Therefore buyer has to transfer it to the registrar which he is using (except 1&1). Buyer has to pay domain transfer fees.

    I own the .net extension (NameCheap) and tidyforums.com (1&1) domain name too. If the buyer also want these domain names, I will give them for FREE (Buyer should transfer them to his account before 31st December 2011, If not I will not give them for free)

    I didn't do SEO techniques such as Search engine friendly URLs, tagging system etc. So you can do such things using SMF free mods.
