hie, i have a site mobileinindia.in and it has pr5 and its page are ranking too.. i dont know wt is wrong with its category.. my site catagory are not ranking and i have no clue what to do.. and in google categories are no where.. please help.. thanks
First of all you define what's your site category PR.The category PR are not very well, So, i suggest you try to do inter link.Its really beneficial for your site.
Hi Atish if you want even your category page to rank then you have to create backlinks to your category page as you did for homepage...as simple as that... I know it's hard for e-commerce sites especially your site, but that's how one have to do SEO. You have got lot of keyword stuffing in meta tag and in ahref tags too. Your URL is not canonized. You have given anchor text for backlinks as your name Atish Nischal, rikitaa, homepage URL etc. I don't know which keyword you are targeting. I think by next PR update your PR will reduce if you don't do proper SEO.
first of thanx a lot. i got ur point my dear, i did mistakes.. i done link building for nokia category, samsung, iball category but i got no result.. i dont do any kind of link building for posts also but they ranked quite well..
1. I think you build internal linking and then update in you xml site for google index. 2. build better do-follow link building 3. Published some articles and press release about your category section. 4. Social Media optimization 5. Rss feed section or new latter update daily, weekly or monthly as you reliable. cheers
