Which Directories Give The Best PR?

    What if your competition already has their sites submitted to yahoo, google, and msn directory. What other high PR sites are available to gain the advantage on them? Paid for and free.

    If u want to compete well , there is no alternate .U can try some regional directory also.Try for dmoz.org , gives lot of value.

    Find some high PR SEO Friendly Web Directories, Free and Paid and submit to them. They will help in the long run.

    I heard you could submit your site to multiple categories for dmoz, is that true? I've seen some sites like wikipedia, IGN and other list their sections all over the place.

    It depends on one thing only: the PR of the page where your link resides.

    The PR of the root directory is no general concern (expect that if it's higher, then the interior pages USUALLY have decent PR).

    Just check the page you'll actually be on.
