What this means

Hello every one,
I am operating a free classified ads site and made adsense account 3 times but every time my account got disabled telling me that

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

I am not getting their point. i dont know what they want to tell me or what am i doing against this policy. Please guide

what is your site's content about? are you running other ad networks (pop up, pop under, layer, interstitial ads) on the same page / site with Adsense?

 

my site has mixed content. But mostly new and unique content.

 

You created account 3 times, but you are allowed only one time, so every other time you'll be banned again, simple.
On your site you say "We are your #1 free classified ad listing site." so you are a liar, because your site is my number 3,000,000 free classified ad listing site, at best.

 

Have you done some recent update?

 

Firstly I agree with James point you can't claim to be number one if not, but I doubt that is why they shut you down.
HOWEVER,
1.) In opening a second adsense account never mind a third, you broke the original TOS that you signed up to, which is a legal agreement, so in then ignoring those TOS and opening a second account you broke the law, and in doing so Google could place criminal fraud charges against you - not civil charges, but it would fall under intent to defraud. So that's the first thing
2.) You have no privacy policy in place and they can drop you from the program for that alone, it's a mandatory requirement.
3.) Most people that get banned do so as they fail to read the TOS and qualifying site criteria, they also fail to realise in that opening up a second account if you have been banned they are breaking the law.
4.) I am sick of pointing out point 3 to people who just think adsense is an easy route to money.
5.) Do not waste time applying for an account again. Even if you get one, they can ban the site. Which means you can't even really sell the site.
6.) It's the Olympics in London next year! Well points 1-5 were bad so I thought I'd put in some good news

They are telling you that you are not providing quality click to thier advertiser

he's asking what your content is about, telling us mostly new and unique content doesn't tell us shit about what is it your blog is about. Is it a technology? Game? Entertainment ? Classified Ads of what? You want to put more ads on your classified ads site...wow that makes a lot of sense.

I suspect you have a crap site anyway, that's why they didn't accept you since I heard that crap blogs and sites don't get accepted into Adsense these days

 

classified ads sites mostly don't accept adsense. because people will be faked and click on your adsense account. which is not desired to the advertisers.

I have seen many classifieds site running with adsense, i doubt with your content

 

This is the statement which i am not getting honestly, what does this means... what kind of risk they face... kindly elaborate

 

perhaps you have a site made of crap and that doesn't help the advertisers

 

Not counting by the number but percentage, if you have only 5 clicks and all 5 click are crap/cheat, then you will banned too
