    Hi Laora

I think it is best to close this matter. I do not want to argue, as I have explained what transpired with your account in the previous post. There is nothing more that I can add to that.

I hope you find a payment processor that suits your needs.

    Cheers

    Hi Techking

So I looked at your account, and you exchanged funds through an unauthorized exchanger.

My team informed you on 6 separate occasions that because you violated our user agreement, by using an unauthorized exchanger, that the funds would not be reversed.

You may only use authorized exchangers. Transactions with unauthorized exchangers are a direct violation of our User Agreement and will result in account suspension.

There are risks associated with using unauthorized exchangers. AlertPay only allows transfers to or from specific recognized exchangers who have completed a stringent review process to prove their reliability. This is done for the benefit of our members, and to minimize their risk.

The reason we do not allow unauthorized exchanges is due to the very issue you are facing today. In the event that a member does not follow our policy or use their own due diligence, we are unable to assist them.

To view a list of the exchangers our members can use through our system please do the following:
    1) Login to your AlertPay account and click on "Withdraw".
    2) On the right hand side you will see: "Withdraw funds through an AlertPay-recognized exchanger"
    3) Click on the word "exchanger"

    Cheers

    Sean

I also don't need argue anymore
but what is explained to me by your team and you its completely false
Because selling Lr fund for Indian bank cash deposit can not be a reason for closing alertpay account and it can not be related to alertpay account
I have full right to sell My Lr to any person and its not related to alertpay
If I exchange or sell ap then U can state this reason

Yes I already have many alternative and I am using those since 2002 without any problem
and the name one of that processors is paypal
    your rival company
    Cheers

    Hi Techking

Please view these two links where using unauthorized exchangers is discussed.

You created a transaction that violated our user agreement.

The reason we do not allow unauthorized exchanges is due to the very issue you are facing today. In the event that a member does not follow our policy or use their own due diligence, we are unable to assist them.

As well, I have no knowledge of the company you are linking us to. I would appreciate if you stopped misinforming the members of this community.

    Hi viralx

I see that you have just submitted the transaction dispute. Please allow my resolutions team some time to investigate the matter.

They will contact you once they have examined the evidence provided. Until then, I ask you to be patient. Please refrain from replying to your own email, or submitting another ticket concerning this matter. That will only slow down the process, and lower your priority in the queue.

    Cheers

    hey alertpay support ,
my account got hold about 8 months ago and after alot of conversations with support they decided to hold it for 6 months and active it after that in this Ticket ID: XEO-351942
after the 6 months over i sent another ticket about 2 weeks ago Ticket ID: CKT-690533 then they suspense my account and said that they will take my 108 $ so i think you become spammers till you active my account and give me my money back .

    Hi superhero2010

I have looked at your tickets. My security has explained on 3 separate occasions that you have violated many sections of our user agreement, and therefore your account was suspended with monetary penalties applied.

Users are not permitted to have multiple Personal Starter accounts. In addition users are not allowed to create AlertPay accounts with false information, thereby hiding their identity. Lastly, users cannot use their accounts to conduct fraudulent transactions.

You may to consult AlertPay’s user agreement, https://www.alertpay.com/en/agreements.aspx , on how to keep your account in good standing.

    Cheers

    Hello...

I have about 120 $ in my Alertpay account, but when I try to request the full amount of money by ( Credit card ) option I receive this term :

" We apologize for the inconvenience, but credit card withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. Please select another withdrawal method."

And when I try by ( Mail ) option I receive this term :

" We apologize for the inconvenience, but check withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. Please select another withdrawal method."

So, is it a temporary problem ?, and if it was so, when it will be fixed ?

    Thanks

    Hello No.dam,

We are currently unable to process check or credit card withdrawals due to an unforeseen issue with our banking partners. You can withdraw your money from your AlertPay account by Bank Wire. This is quicker than receiving checks and the standard time frame for this type of transaction is 2-4 days.

    Hello money$maker,

To accommodate our US based members, AlertPay has implemented a free check withdrawal service. You can initiate this by selecting Mail from the withdrawal menu. Also note that the check will get sent out to the address listed on the AlertPay account.

Hello Tarik and thank you for reply and explanation the problem.

Yes, The Bank transfer is a good method but as you know it costs more than the rest of methods for receiving money, especially I already have a credit card and I prefer to receive the money through it.

I hope that problem won't takes a long time to be fixed

    Regards

Oh I see mate .... It's the first time I request my money from Alertpay so I don't know much about it. But we'll see, maybe they'll fix all that problems by the end of this year, and in the beginning of next year all problems will be completely solved ?

    I hope so !
