As long as I know Google flags IP only when a website serves malware. Other than that, you are fine.

If you were using that software and Google flagged your IP, you will have to wait a few hours before using it again. See if your tool has a way to throttle the number of returned results. Also try not to hit Google too fast too often with queries. Happens to me with some tools.

I don’t think any service provider can monitor the billons of emails that are sent out, and spam is a universal problem. But when you have signed in to gmail, in tiny blue writing in the centre of the page near the top you will see “create a filter”. You can enter email addresses of anyone you want don’t want mail from or you can enter keywords that will flag a message as being spam. Future messages that are filtered will go direct to your trash folder.

How and why do you think that? Google actively encourages the regular updating of sites, do you think they would then penalize us for doing it from the same IP? Would they expect us to use different IPs to do it?
If I am doing a lot of internet work I do sometimes get a captcha from Google to confirm I am human but that’s as far as it goes.
In any case, how would keyword research done on a pc affect a website, irrespective of what IP was used? Am I missing something?
