Stats are very very slow today ... i usualy have 6,50-7$ at this hour ... but today i have only 4$ ... when the stats will work good again?

I have a same problem ("An error occurred, please try again later") with one of my old link. I discovered more than a week ago, I used a ticket for this (Request #173247), Marco said that the IT is looked at my link and the problem because of the servers are going through upgrades, they will be back up soon. But unforunately nothing change. My link is still dead more than a week.
This error is very annoying, and worrying about my old uploads. I don't know how many dead old links I have with the same error...
Could you check it please and give me some encouraging response?

its miserable that you delete part1 of stuff only and part1 from backup files, why you don't delete only the original stuff? what is the point of making backups then? it is impossible to host some files more than 1 day

 

I cannot open a ticket page !!! and it's not a new problem but old.

oh ....... it works with me right now, but after I used a proxy !!!

I don't know why it's blocked by my IP !

Anyway thank you, I'll put my request there.

 

The link of ticket work with me ( by using a proxy ) but after I've tried to log in by my filesonic username to put my request, now Filesonic blocked the IP of that proxy.

And if I tried to go to the ticket without using a proxy it gives me that wrong page !

So I don't know what is the solution for that !!!

Sorry again. I've tried to follow the ticket link ( http://helpdesk.filesonic.com ) by another network and it works well and I put my request there and waiting for reply.

So the problem was with my ISP which blocked the service of ( Helpdesk )

After I wrote you here this message I got a message from Marco at my Ticket that I have to reupload the file because it's corrupted.
I have two questions about this:
1. If the file was corrupted why Marco didn't see this at first (more than 1 week ago) when I first ask about this? I thought in your inside system you can see immediately if a file is corrupted...
2. And the second question about this what is more important: How can I get an information about my old uploads about this corrupted thing? How can I know which of my old uploads are corrupted? I hope I don't need to check all my files one by one and there is a method for this.

For the future: In this case I found out by accident that this old link of mine is corrupted. I think it would be very good if in Filesonic system we could get an automatic notice or a message if one of our files become corrupted. Is there any chance for this?

Is this what you're considering off? I guess, it is, but please confirm.

I configured my calendar on statistic page like this: From: 2011-12-03 to 2011-12-09. So Saturday-Friday. Total earning shows $16.34 but on Dashboard Unpaid in USD: $15.15.

We can't necessarily tell immediately from looking if a file is corrupted. We have to check with our techs, and their schedule is very packed, so a single file report can't necessarily be checked immediately.

If you have reports of older files not working, please open a ticket. It is unfortunate that sometimes files will be corrupted, but they are few and far between and we do our best to report these rare instances to the affiliates before their downloaders do.
