I have this problem too. I hope they fix this soon, because it's 2 hours ago so and this prevent my work.

Also stats is in delay (my daily stats shows zero download after 2 hours the day started), but I know they count everything in the background, so I'm not worried therefore.

stats from 12/6 seem to have kept counting and look a little better now, also stats for 12/7 seem to be counting as well. now i just have to try to upload again lol good luck to me

This is a result of the maintenance being run while we upgrade some of our system. While the maintenance is going on there will be some bugs, but all will be cleared up and your stats will show your correct earnings

there is some big error..today (euro time atm 7 am)
uploaded files, they are on host..but when ppl trying download...file not found..
its global problem ...
pls fix it fast as possible ..ppl are complain about it

yesterday stats was very bad

 

I can see on my referral earnings,that the stats for yesterday was fine.

for ffs filesonic sort out the speed people is moaning big time at me it cant connect or that there downloading at 40kbs for free user
this isent good for my reputation i have 100+ people a day download my files

 

Hello Hish .

I need to return back my Filesonic account from Elite to the normal situation for earning, and I've sent my request to Filesonic support team but told me I have to " submit a ticket " through :

But the problem is every time I follow that link, it takes me to an error page !!





I've tried to pm you my but I discovered that you've blocked that feature, so how can I recover my account in its normal situation ?

 

What's the deal lately, with some files becoming "unavailable" for no aparent reason?

The files are in my file manager, were uploaded correctly, but when i and other people try to acess it, an error message appears: "an error ocurred, please try again later". The problem is never fixed, and i have to upload the files again.

PS: I also submited a ticket to Filesonic helpdesk with this problem.

 

well the stats was bad because of users not able to download some of the files and it even continues today also

 

that explains my bad stats
