Two way is likely to be supposed as a linking scheme but one site may cheat the other with no-follow or by remove their link later or by having the link back on a less essential page, so this version gets my lowest vote. It is the technique used by some directories. And Three way is good since the sites should be linked and provide the visitor with a good skill to visit another related site in the niche.

I would personally prefer one way link building since its organic while two way link building is link-on-request where three websites mutually agree to link each other. You may go for three way link building as well since it won’t hurt your website as long as you link with quality websites.

get your money site and then buy another sepratly hosted domain; find someone to link to your money site from their seperatly hosted domain; and you link to your money site from your serperatly hosted domain. No way for google to track; and it looks like a 1 way link exchange.
