I've heard they are professional. I believe they are the using a simlar setup to Bluehost as their main site is on their network.

I think their shared hosting would probably be reasonably good, but for VPS or anything more I would really look into a smaller and more personalized host... you just won't get very good support from HostGator or another huge company, most likely.
