    The best way is to go to Google Webmaster tools, set your site up to rank for the US, not really any other way around this these days unless you've had your site for decades

    Well the best way in going for and increasing visitors with on your website is to go for and target networks of social media like facebook, linkedin, twitter, myspace and so on....

    You should target U.S.A as service location. On other hand you can find the website which is for U.S.A and submit your link on it. I hope it will help to increase your U.S.A unique visitors.
