Hai everyone. (This is my first post on Digital point. The heading might catch your attention - like spam. But I am not a spammer. this is a real story..enjoy..) Have you ever wondered how much a blogger (you) will be able to make with adsense ? You may have heard of the shoemoney guy or Darren rowse etc.. But here is a different story... I know the personal story of an Indian blogger who receives more than 80,000 hits in a single day..The only reason I am not mentioning the site address here is due to antispam policy of digital point otherwise I would have shared the link with you guys... But I will tell you his name - Nirmal ( hope many of you may already know him ). He is one of the rising star among the internet bloggers and the best thing I have noted on his site is that... he hasn't done even a bit of search engine optimization to build this kind of a vast audience and I am wondering how he get like 83% of his total of 2 million hits (in a single month) through Google. And the thing that makes me curious is that, how does he ever get this range of readers, even when his blog is not personal...like digital inspiration. And the adsense revenue...hoofffsss.. its not just $10,000. I was lying.. You just double it...And you will get the number exactly (which he earns monthly)... plus you can also find .. direct advertisers to his site (companies ..like Nokia, samsung etc..are ready to put ads on his site..and again not for FREE) and when I talked with him once (he is my cousin that's why I know his achievements personally), he said that - "Infolinks and Kontera are now bidding to place their ads on my site". I hope not many of you may have heard of this kind of a bidding story before... truly inspirational.... plz share you thoughts... and keep the conversation going..
If I were receiving 80,000 hits a day to my site I would make no less than $1m a month with Adsense !
@NKENO Well, your idea flashed through my mind too... infact I always ask this same question to myself..why can't he (nirmal) make more money with this huge traffic..? @sarpras2005 Yes, he earns more than $10,000 per month (infact double).. and I have mentioned this in the post.. thanks.. for the comment... @nihangshah yes you are right...
518,617 Visits 237,509 Unique Visitors 6,192,690 Pageviews 11.94 Pages/Visit 00:07:10 Avg. Time on Site 33.33% Bounce Rate 36.86% % New Visits Why am I struggling to earn even 1/5 of what he's earning with these stats? Seriously...
Truly inspirational also he is very good in SMO. Have you guys seen their facebook fan page logo seems bit similar to Mashale.
With Adsense, this is a newbie question but do you have to earn a certain amount i.e $100 before you can actually be paid out in cash by Google?
If it is true, he is very lucky and done amazing job. but I can't believe it easily. Any way i would like to say you that, keep it up. Thanks for sharing your achievement.
@tSRDazz the stats look mind blowing... a similar situation was reported by a celebrity, where he got tons of traffic but no - Money. He gave up blogging at last and even announced "no one can make money blogging..." @Rowan011 Yes, ($100 is the min payout by check) @praddy He has won Microsoft's MVP award several times and he is also a wordpress geek (consultant)... it's hardwork anyway.. @aadi1295 thanks for the comment...
@robert.smith637 Well, this is not my achievement. Credit goes to nirmal (nirmaltv.com), he is my relative..
Yeah I've seen that in his website. Its all about hardwork and also right move in right time. He started his journey in year 2007 till then he has posted more than 5000 articles in different categories thats a loads of hard work which is finally paying him well. Anyone who is in this forum earning such amount I would love to know from them too.
AmitBhawani and Amit Agarawal are the Indian bloggers who earn more than 15000$ per month from adsense
Check out this pdf file - Indian bloggers are making lots of $$$. Even top executives at multi national companies don't have such salary...
@ wonay , Card & James Colin Thanks for your comment.. @nihangshah nirmal was a soft engg in a multi national company. But resigned the job ... @getjimmy thanks for your comment...
