Why has my site disappeared from Google?

Hey i have a new site and it was indexed with over 30 pages after one day, however i have noticed today (5 days later) that my site does not appear to be in Google when i do a "site:" search. There is nothing showing up on Google webmaster tools that suggest anything, can anyone help?

    Thanks,
    Cal.

I'm the only one who has access to the account and there is no reports for malware or anything from the webmasters account.

try google reconsideration request after verify your website in google webmaster. and check your website whether it has no-follow tags, or your robots.txt file disallow all user agents.

The only no-follow tag i have changed or ever used on this site is for the link to the free theme designer:
    Design by <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.freecsstemplates.org/">Free CSS Templates</a>.
    HTML:
This should not affect my site though?
And I don't have a robots.txt file. I have now added one but it allows all and did not have one before.

your website had downtime on your hosted server. so it gives you 404 error and anyone could easily remove any website if it gives 404 error.

All I can see is Ads.. And, very little content. TBH, Google hates those type of websites.
Anyway, try submitting a sitemap to Google.

Google wouldn't de-list my site for that though? there's loads of low quality sites and its an arcade so there isn't really too much content I could have.

Edit: my site is back; but with less links, any ideas what that could have been?

Yes, they will remove your site when a google employee reviews it. It fits their definition of Spam Catagory. Google catagorizes each page of a site and one category is spam. This type of spam is different from the definition you are thinking of. I read the guidelines Google provides to their employees to use when reviewing sites. This was a few weeks back but I took some notes on it.
