    Directories are tiime consuming to maintain (at least to me :) )
    anyways to answer you question;
    Google "how to do keyword research"
    - Read as many articles as you can to know how to do keyword research and how to select the keywords based on your goals/targets.

    Google for free keyword research tool
    - Do the research, apply the tips and tactics that you learnt from reading the keyword research articles.

    Don't think I am being rude but it is hard for others to recommend you a keyword unless they know what you want to achieve from your website. like;
    - Site target audience
    - Site goals (keyword ranks, revenue, time frame)
    - other factors

    ok thank u for your good help but my directory Alexa Traffic Rank is 319,024 and backlink is 100 but analytics on alexa is did not found and give this message No data available for directoryglobe.net
