10 sales today, but 2 refunds

 

Hello Hish, I have a problem tho. I have about 100 remote files I am waiting for about 6 hours now. My father got in the same time 50 links. Don't know whats wrong, because 6 hours are quite long..^^ Hope you can help me!

What's going on, I had 3 sales today but only got $8 for promo as if I had only 2, please Hish or Marco should I open a ticket??

3 sales but $8.00. As I understood it should be 3sales x $4 = $12.00.

 

How do I request the Holiday Bonus? After I press on the highlighted amount and a new window opens, it says I have until the 6th of Dec. to request the bonus, however there is no action button, only text.

Hi, I got 4 sales today but only $12 from the promo. I thought saturday we get $4 from each sale? so that would be $16... should I open a support ticket?

 

Me too, had 3 sales and got $8, and there is Maxell_02 in the same situation.
All 3 of us have one missing sale in bonus.

Also files uploaded with FTP take a long time to appear in the file manager, would appreciate if that is fixed too.

 

I have also got 9 sales and promo is 32 which should be 36.Hish please take a look at this issue.

 

I can't clear the RU list:
No matter I try both, complete or problematic button. It always show:

An Error Occurred
Application error

 

files now stuck on pending (ru) for 33 hours - this is freakin ridiculous !
Great for all those reporting sales, but I would just like to be able to get my files up. Can I take it that ru has totally died ?

Me too with FTP, I found out this morning, also a file says error but it is shown in filemanager, and files uploaded to RU FTP, which is really fast about 80 Mb do not show at filemanager for a long time. Also US FTP is a bit slow, about 3 Mb but shows files quick in filemanager.
