    Hi,

I have a paid PR5 technology niche directory. I get many site submission where people just submit and do not pay. It's a daily task for me to clear those sites from my approval list. Is there any settings to stop submission if they don't pay. I use phplinkdirectory.

The question is would you want one? Only yesterday I had an email from a client who submitted his site but had a problem with paying. If the submission had been deleted due to non-payment he would have been pissed off and I would have lost a customer.

You can not stop them completely. But, you may consider contacting the submitters directly before removing the submission. If you can not contact all of them consider contacting submitter which you think are legitimate. You will be surprised!

Approve the ones where you've received payment first. Then run an SQL statement against your database to delete any other pending requests. You can leave the unpaid listings pending for a week or so to make sure they're not going to pay later.

There's no foolproof way to stop the unpaid submissions. Just delete them and move on :)

A good coder can set you up using the the PayPal Direct Payment API and you will never see unpaid submissions if you want it that way, or you can have them automatically placed in a non-payment bin not visible to the public.

You may want to contact Bruleo in the phpLD forum, he has a mod that will delete most of these.

In my case, most of these submitters that do not pay were spam submission. I have found that using cloudflare cut down on these sapm submissions significantly.
