    So, I've sent maybe twenty PMs over the last week to people who were posting asking for designers.

    Now, I'm apparently banned, with absolutely no email or notification to explain why. Have I triggered a spam filter? Does this suspension expire? If so, when?

    Sounds like you were sending cut and paste messages. Length of suspension is proportional to number of messages sent.

    So the best bet is to retry sending messages in a day or so, and write "I am a webdesigner from the UK" in a slightly different way each time?

    Indeed, make each message fit the WTH, WTB request. If I were advertised for a designer for an ebook cove,r I would want replies to links to ebook samples you have done. If advertising for a logo, I would want samples of a logos.

    No. Lenght of ban is directly proportional to the number of questionable messages sent. To paraphrase of line from Invictus, "You are the master of your fate."

    Using the name is great, but how should I do know? A have received a ban for sending too much messages with the same content. Great.
    But I have work to do! All the activity in this forum is aimed to make me come here and spend some money on seo services, and what do I get? I can't create new thread - ok, I can send only 1 message every 5 minutes - ok, but now I got PM ban for sending this every 5 minutes this:

    So, I have work to do, I need to buy links for my site, what do I do now? Wait for ban to expire? It is ridiculous.

    Alright. Would you be so kind, and remove this ban, because I was not violating the forums rules, I was sending same messages because I need the same service from this people.
    I was doing it manually, and waiting 5 minutes between sending. Which is terrible, btw.
    I know the ban was set automatically, but since I write to you to remove it - would you please accept my request?
