    At first you have to change the URL from Dynamic to Static. Then go for the conventional SE Optimization.

    There is no difference. The same rules apply.

    That's not true. People thought that circa '99 but its been proven wrong over and over.

    they are takling about your domain.. there have to be specified adresses to sites that you are changing dynamicly
