You can get 2 well written articles for $5 on fiverr.com. Investing $5 to grow your income, should be nothing right?
Also... I would recommend a few maintenance links, nothing heavy, but directory submissions, docusharing and video submissions are good links to get. Again $5

Not necessary, but something I would personally do.
In addition, it's well worth it following a backlinking strategy ( whether mine or your own ), to rank the other pages of your site. More pages being ranked = more $
