    Unfortunately, you can only verify your account through bank wire withdrawal.

    I understand there are some issues concerning Morocco, however I know of some members that have been able to verify their accounts.

    I would suggest you ask around in this forum for members from Morocco that have been able to verify their accounts.

    I am sorry to say ,but i don't trust Alertpay.u took my $304.00 and didn't reply my tickets till yet.You replied some tickets saying that its our policy that if you send money to any other alertpay account ,we are unable to revert back...you are just like D graded !!!

    i dont get this, for credit card withdraw (personal or business acc) is 5$? and how many days will this take? also for the check ,is that like you will send out a check into mail? how many days?...

    and on your blog site there was a "post" that you guys put it up last week,that you will accept transfer and withdraw money to the bank for usa banks for free or 0.50c $ ,and i even post a question comment ,and it never got
    approved and when i look today all the post is erased that your company published ,why is that?

    Nothing like that..even i am trusted alertpay customers since 2009.I am verified one and didn't did any fraudulent fund transactions,etc.I contacted your dispute department(MORE THAN 19 TIMES IN THE INTERVAL OF 8-12 DAYS) ..they told,once the money is sent to another alertpay account,we are unable to revert back ..Is this your policy..I am very angry with you ALertpay and decided to not to use it in future..inaddition,i will post your review in all my community website to make people know what the real Alertpay is ?

    Please DP member ,one Simple Request ,The Alertpay account gupta9610[at] yahoo.com is ACCOUNT OF THE GREAT SCAMMER and he not only took my lots of dollars,but fraud several other people.....And Alertpay ,just like small kid in front of him telling me that we are unable to revert back seems that they also got some commission from it..Even till now,Alertpay not block there account of that and warned me in mail that if i send request to revert back again ,he will block my account...

    please aware of him:Scammer
    scammer !

    One More thing..Even after 1 day when that scammer didn't delivered the service ,i placed the complaint in alertpay transaction disputes ,they didn't response till 7 days .....Then i sent one more email to them ,request them ..plz respond ..nothing nothing nothing ......


    ** Alertpay,I resp you ,but i don't wanna bear any Loss due to u.!!!!!!!!

    which told as :
    One Sentence :

    You only Late it by more than 45 Days ,by not responding the any of the tickets and then explaining above that transaction should be less than 30 days ...you just try to fool me and nothing...
    I read all your policy and then only i placed first ticket in only 1 day ,after i know about that fraud person..but,you didn't even respond till 6-8 days ..Is this your poilicy ?
    Again i contacted you ,No respond till 7 days......and you passed my 30 days :mad: !!!!!!!

    and when you respond ,you told we are unable to revert back...you are helpless in reverting the fund from your alertpay accounts zone ???
    You are not even good transaction Engine..You fooled Peoples ..I want only my money back !!!!!

    I have now also all evidences/proof to knw u who is right !

    At this moment credit card withdrawal is disabled. our integration team is working on testing the service on our system.

    Cheques are sent via regular mail, to the address on your AlertPay account. Bank transfers in the US are currently disabled, we working on upgrading that service.

    all disable for usa... check takes too long to get, high fees,fees for transfer/withdraw needs to come little down,anyway,i think will pass the offer,will move to other companies,thanks.

    I edit my post because I dont want to argue with u
    All I can say I never did any unapproved exchange with my account and who checked my account either he does not understand my reply or he just mislead you

    I never believe other people when they say like this " alertpay scam alertpay scam bad etc " but today I believe them and yes they are true .


    I want say one more thing -

    first In your sytem cc not working ,
    second cheque not working,
    third verification quite impossible right now for indians
    fourth withdrawal via wire take ( 15+ inter bank fees = 20$ )
    cc withdrawal not working
    support takes ages
    if we raise dispute fund recovery not work 98%


    further more your support system doing this type of review mistake and close account unnecessary

    then why people will choose alertpay ?

    tell me one reason for which people will show interest about your service .
    Just tell me one reason .


    I know u cant do anything because u r a employer and u get paid for your job and not the owner but I just said this and this is true fact .
    U should admit this .
