    I want to sell my Article Directory due to heavy server load which i can't afford.
    Status are:
    Published Articles: About 82,000
    Registered Authors: About 20,000
    Online Since: Apr 30, 2011
    Backlinks: 3224
    Page Rank: 1
    Alexa: 90131
    Adsense earning: Min. $7/M

    I've earned some dollars from my site but due to heavy server load which i can't afford, i want to sell now.
    At first I was with shared hosting but due to bandwith limit I changed another with high bandwith and which cost me more.
    Sometimes you can see the site is offline ( 502 Bad Gateway ) when server fails but you can try later and you will get everything correct here.

    Here is the adsense proof for the month of October:

    I don't think so if any article can cause copyright issue coz this is a article directory and users submit their articles.
    i personally check submitted articles so you don't have any problem with any article.
    also i'm ready with your price and you can pay me via paypal.
