Yes. You would get allot of high PR backlinks in our backlinking packages. For instance, we include high PR blog commenting, many of the classifieds sites we post to have high pr and many of the article directories are also high pr. So there is a mix of higher and lower PR links in the entire package.

Received my report 2 days ago and I'm definitely pleased. I ordered the gold blog posting package on 11/25/11 and I've already seen serp movement, so I'm anxious to see where my rankings go in the upcoming weeks. As far as any negatives are concerned, the only "negatives" I could mention are that 9 of the 2000 links I ordered were unsuccessful. But it's not really a big deal and at the price offered, I can't complain at all - it's better than what I could do myself! Other than that, I'm confident I will see a pg 1 ranking for at least one of the keywords I selected.
