One stupid question about playsonic. Why my qualifying credits are going down? Once I got sale, it grow up. But in every day it went down by 100 (i think).

here is the explanation from the PlaySonic page! You can read the page

"Those credits will give you a certain Rank and Level in PlaySonic. The Rank is based on your qualifying credits (credits accumulated in the last 30 days) compared to everybody else. Your level is based on your qualifying credits compared to the level grid."

hi im haveing trouble with web upload when i upload a file it doesent go into my filemanager i can get the link but no file whats up with webupload been like it for days

but i dont have a sale in my stats...

@ kalle04 send hish a ticket i got a sale yesterday and got it right away unless stats is behind but im getting counted downloads from my files so dont think its stats problem his will take a look

All web uploads are being processed through US, so they need to transfer from US servers to EU servers. Because of this, it will be a bit slower for the files to show up.

EU web upload should be fixed this week.

Is EU FTP fixed or will that be fixed this week also?

 

Any issue with stats? I'm seeing some small up/down jumping for yesterday stats.
