    I cant open adsense website, it gives me an error mentioned below.
    Does anyone else experiencing the same problem?

    Nope.. if you are banned, you'll be royally taken to "Adsense application not approved" page when you try login to adsense :D

    Totally disagree for "banned" stuff.

    I think it was a planned downtime, site is up and running well by now.
