Hi Folks, Well, Since from 2months am facing a problem with an image upload in fanpage wall updates. I'm having a fan page, and updates daily with some of the product offers, I'm able to upload the image with simple content, but the problem is when I'm giving an Url in the wall post content and trying to upload the Image, there facing with an error like "There is an problem with image file" How to overcome with this? Thanks in advance.
Your image file may be too small ... so increase by using your paint and making the background larger with image centered.
It may be Facebook blocked your URL if you can upload the image with simple content but can't upload with a URL
There is no such connection though if you have the graphic on the web page or on file in .html page you can easy upload it on the FB page. You might hv a problem with the size
You could be facing a problem with the image format.we are facebook fanpage developer and create customized fanfages.please contact- us on the following URL. fbreveal.com
Verily speaking the Fanpage contains legions of images and their are no such defined parameters for the size of the images.Images are uploaded by the developers as per the requisites.
You can try to upload photos via email. Read more: https://www.facebook.com/blog.php?post=109768117130
Problem got solved, there is no problem with an image size, format, pixels and it's the only problem with "Google shorten url " With the Google shorten url am unable to upload the image and post it, but the with the help of bit.ly url its working fine.
it is not possible that your image is not upload. If your image is really not upload then i thing your net problem or you do not follow facebook guideline.
Same thing to me. I think there's a bug in facebook upload image system, especially on fanpage which I have experienced now. The solution: delete the fanpage permanently and then start a new fan page.
use firefox, chrome is great but it can sometimes have some problems like yours. I always use chrome but sometimes things like these happen while shopping online using chrome, very rarely though;I use firefox for that purpose then switch back to chrome
yep, am using both browsers, chrome and firefox 7 version. now there is no problem, it has been resolved.
You may have a very large Picture size. or maybe you can post the error message here so we can figure out and help you
