So far the things you have shown "that you know about the Bible" have been a joke. I have seen the sites with the so called proofs you claim and they are easily debunkable if even needed. Some of the claims are like saying that a red rose is blue... well, to argue with a fool.. you know the rest. So my advice to many here that read the Word, take heed on the warnings within about arguing with a fool. Some good advice has shown itself accurate on this forum.
menj, the activities of the terrorist, your terrorists, in the south of Thailand are increasing. Can you tell me why? The Thai govt has apologized and given promises. They have a muslim army chief in this country, the country is still under martial law and muslims kill more than ever before. You're a specialist, is it because they, count of a muslim who led recently a coup in that country and hope or even, will be truly backed by this kind of people?
All talk but no action, I see. Yet to see anything that is "debunking" from you. Rhetoric seems to be part and parcel of American culture and mentality. - MENJ
Perhaps you mean the Old Testament, but that is only one half of what is today called "the Bible". The other half did not exist during the time of Jesus. And even so, there is still issues concerning the OT canon. If it doesn't make "any difference" as you claim, then why the promotion of the Protestant canon earlier? And if all are considered valid, doesn't this show that your "inspired" work has a problem making up its mind on which canon to follow? - MENJ
I wonder why are you poking your long nose into the affairs of the Southern Muslim Thais who have been oppressed for so long in their own lands. Don't be a busybody and let them settle their own affairs. Its neither your place nor mine to meddle into their problem. - MENJ
Just because I don't want to waste my time repeating everything I have said before or what many others have? Like I said, much of the stuff you have brought to the table to try to crack Christianity with has been just like saying the the orange, orange is a purple cow. Why does anyone need to try to go in circles proving such? You have stated your stance in plenty of ways here on DP. Not many are blind to you, yet you don't even read arabic - so from what I have been told by other islamist, you can't understand the koran unless you can read it in the original language?! You still need to be kept in check to keep you from falsely pursuading others with you lies and distortions. May God open your eyes to him before it is too late.
Whether or not Christianity is correct has nothing to do with the validity of Islam or the true nature of it's founder. It's just a red herring to change the topic since Menj can't defend Islam against the objections that matter.
I love this guy. The direct style kicks ass. P.S. Menj, buddy. Check out your site in Firefox. Something is rendering very strange.
Beheaded girls were Ramadan 'trophies' Stephen Fitzpatrick, Jakarta correspondent November 09, 2006 THREE Christian high school girls were beheaded as a Ramadan "trophy" by Indonesian militants who conceived the idea after a visit to Philippines jihadists, a court heard yesterday. The girls' severed heads were dumped in plastic bags in their village in Indonesia's strife-torn Central Sulawesi province, along with a handwritten note threatening more such attacks. The note read: "Wanted: 100 more Christian heads, teenaged or adult, male or female; blood shall be answered with blood, soul with soul, head with head." Javanese trader Hasanuddin appeared in Jakarta Central Court yesterday charged with planning and directing the murders in October last year. He faces a death sentence if found guilty under anti-terrorism legislation. full article here
Yay, yet another pro-Israeli lover. Actually only those who find the exposure of Israel's crimes...disturbing...will actually want to attack it. - MENJ
Hmm...I am at loss here. How does this answer my earlier queries? Never heard of translations? Anyway I am making some effort in that direction, i.e. learning Arabic. But you might want to take out the log in your eye before pointing out the speck in others'. After all I don't recall the majority of your co-religionists reciting their liturgy in Greek or Aramaic, much less Hebrew (with the exceptions of the Jews, of course). And spare me the missionary preaching, I am immune to your...proselytism - MENJ
What queries? You simply copy & Paste things from a hate site that are easily refutable because they make no sense at all. Like I said it is like calling an orange orange a purple cow. Does someone really have to keep correcting the one who would say that because they read it on the web? Exactly translations. Somehow according to real muslims you can't understand the koran unless you can read it in the original language - this isn't what I am saying but MUSLIMS. (geesh, am I talking to a wall or what?) you are a confused little man - show me where I was preaching to you. (pearls to swine comes to mind)
Excuse me, are you now calling Islamic Awareness a "hate site"?? Oh wow. I think anyone who cares to take a long read could easily see that this is not so. It seems that the "hate site" card is a popular tool now, as an easy way out and as an attempt at poisoning the well. Not true at all. Its true that the translations won't be able to fully match the original Arabic of the Qur'an, but that does not mean you cannot fully appreciate the Qur'an. There is no need to teach me about my religion, thank you very much. Well I am unlikely to be ever converted to your pseudo-monotheism, so best you abandon the idea now before you regret it - MENJ
