Affiliates behaviour

We're starting affiliate system soon, with our own product. However, our affiliate script like all the others offers direct traced links and banners. Of course our TOS will say spamming and blackhat stuff is prohibited.

Now I'm wondering, if somehow any affiliate starts to mass spam emails with his affiliate tracking links, can we get into some kind of trouble? Of course we check out traffic sources on a daily bases and we won't accept just anyone for partnership, but what if? I know that there are going to be seo problems if someone scrapboxes the entire web, but what about email spamming? All of the IPs are recorded...

    Thanks

Check your hosting provider's Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. Often sending bulk email/spam from another server that links to a site hosted on their network will be prohibited.

Thanks, so I will have to look for reliable and trust-worth affiliates. No problem. I know my site could get banned by Google and even worse: My Paypal acc could get banned.
