I am noticing a move of some of the bigger websites to https only. Should sites that require some personal information, names, addresses, phone number, etc and logins be looking toward shifting to https as well?
When it comes to security and safety, even https can't keep an intruder out. However it is more stable and safe. I think that shift will happen, probably with gov't interaction.
Lord help us... let's hope the government doesn't get involved to fix anything. More things get screwed up when they fix something.
Yep, when the Gov't fixes things, they REALLY just make the issue BIGGER and cause 10x more problems at 20X the cost of the private sector. As loyal citizens, we sit back and fund the whole operation because that is what the law states. Sounds like a bunch Orc Madness to me!
