Paypal is killing me

    Hello,

    My account was limited a month~ ago. I was asked to give tracking information for the last payments, original bills of sale and a brief, yet comprehensive explanation of my business model.
    The problem is that I am selling digital goods as a freelance web designer and I can not give tracking information... I also haven't any invoices.
    I can give a brief of my business, but I can not see field where to write it...
    So I would like to know where could I send all these asked documents and what can I do if I have not tracking information (it is impossible) and invoices?

    When I write to them I got fckn auto response :D A week ago I was asked to give a copy of my Personal Identification Card and proof of adress. I gave it to them, now there are no field in resolution center... Where should I send them these documents (a brief of my business etc)?

    Call them... that's the only to contact them and get a real answer. They will do it instantly if you call them.

    You would get the number for your country when you go to Contact Us page in your PayPal account.

    Or else if you want to call them for free then use Skype and here is the number +18882211161

    Try calling via Skype as they are going to make you wait for 10-20 minutes in que. Skype calls are free ;) I think the number given in above posts is toll free one if its not let me know ill search it for you as I called them several times before to get my account verified on a toll free number.
