    Usually those who worry about leeching are PPS affiliates so for them download count is not a problem.

    You talk about mrbowmans english.Yea,it is not perfect,but peoples who want they can understand it....sorry,if i insulted you....
    You are right,password is not the best solution.The filehost need to take action about it,if they want quality uploads.Just see Orons strategy...they are not stupid.They prevent leeching and they lose on quantity,but they got a lot on quality.

    and one more thing,i never posted warez stuff,like movies,music...etc.This are comercial files,and highly copyrighted.Posting this kind of stuff ,just can give a problems for filesonic...

    As I said there are filehosts that accept direct http links (like Hotfile and FileServe), the ones that start with the adress of the server (s20. and the likes) and some filehosts have a system in which you can provide the link's password.

    My conclusion is: be happy with the sales/downloads you get, don't bother yourself about how to prevent others from remote uploading or reuploading "your files", don't start thinking like the gaming editors and hollywood producers and take away the simple pleasures with protective systems lik Securom, DRM..., we all know no protection can last forever, aren't we the proof of it?

    Remote Upload from one of your own accounts should be allowed (ie I upload a file to some host then I remote upload that file over to Filesonic). But remote uploading from someone else's account shouldn't be allowed.

    Can anybody please tell me how long does it take for the support to resolve a issue? Just to know...
    I don't know how but my account was set to Elite (I don't even know HOW you become Elite...) and I'm earning absolutely nothing 'cause my earnings are focused on downloads, not sale, and Elite does not have that option... :(

    My ticket was resolved in 48 hours. I think this will be longer because I have not seen Hish in few days, either he is away or busy! Alot of issues with FSc...
